A day just for you - re-energise, relax and reset!
Following the popularity of my New Year Yoga Retreat day in 2024, I’m excited to host another New Year Yoga Day Retreat to get 2025 off to a fantastic start!
This event will take place at the new venue of Woodside Hall in Hitchin, and we’ve got the whole place to ourselves :)
This is a full day to nourish your body and mind, with multiple different yoga sessions to help you feel stretched, strong and fully relaxed!
You can expect a combination of dynamic practices in the morning to get you energised. After a hearty 2 course lunch you’ll turn inward for a special intention setting workshop. The afternoon will then move into yin yoga to release your stress and tension, followed by a super luxurious relaxation with a yoga nidra. We close with herbal tea and cake for some final indulgence.
The day includes lots of delicious nutritious food to fuel your body (food is a very important part of my retreats!) Don’t worry if you have dietary requirements as I can cater for allergies as well as vegan and gluten free - you will be asked to share any dietary requirements when you book.
Join me and give yourself this time for yourself to welcome in the New Year and feel calm, clear-headed and ready for what 2025 has in store for you.
£89 – includes a full day of yoga with a 2-course lunch, drinks and snacks

Meet your teacher, Hannah
Hannah first started yoga for flexibility and strength. She wasn’t very flexible, and wanted to touch her toes. She soon discovered yoga was the perfect partner to a busy lifestyle, as she was able to destress and find calm like never before.
Motivated to help other “non-natural” yogis to discover the benefits of yoga, Hannah made the step to become a yoga teacher in 2021. She trained in hatha yoga and now enjoys helping people use meditation, movement and breathwork to feel happier and healthier.
Hannah’s style is relaxed and informal, with a focus on self-discovery. Her goal is to guide you to explore the benefits of yoga for yourself, whether that’s building flexibility and strength, moving outside of your comfort zone, or to find a little focus and slow down using your breath. Whatever brings you to yoga, she hopes to play a small part in your journey.

What do people say about Hannah?

"Hannah's recent autumn workshop was really inspiring for me. Carefully taught poses to energise through the seasonal change and a most beautiful yoga nidra. Journaling is new to me and I found the prompts a helpful introduction. Thank you Hannah."

“I love how relaxed your classes are and I can come to one to challenge myself or just to relax depending on how I feel. After almost a year of your classes the niggly aches and pains caused by my desk job have vanished and I am loads stronger and more flexible. Your classes are also always fun - you can't ask for much more!”
