The Morning Yoga Habit Challenge is here to help you start creating a regular morning yoga practice. Every morning you’ll complete a quick and easy yoga 10 minute-practice to set you up for the day ahead!

Use this challenge to kickstart your morning yoga habit, to help you feel calmer, more positive and ready for your day ahead - every single day!

The full 21 Day challenge is included for my members, but for non-members I’m offering the first 7 days of the challenge completely free!

Why start a morning yoga habit?

A short morning yoga practice has a whole host of benefits, including improved mental clarity, stress and anxiety release, digestion improvement, and not to mention it giving a natural boost of energy.

And perhaps more importantly, you’ve created your own space before the day has even begun.

Essentially, a morning yoga practice will set you up for a much more positive day, and is a great way to allow yourself you-time before the world wakes up.

Many of my community have told me that they really want to develop a regular morning yoga practice, but it can be a struggle to make it a reality!

That’s why I’ve designed this challenge… to make it easy to kickstart your morning yoga habit!

So What’s Involved In The Challenge?

The challenge is a series of short yoga classes 10-15 minutes in length. I’ve included lots of different styles to nourish your body and mind, and they are very beginner friendly! I love exploring different types of practice so you’ll find a combination of stronger yoga workouts and energising flows alongside gentle stretches and meditation.

Early every morning (at 6am UK time!) you will receive an email with a link to the daily practice. You practice it at a time that suits you. If you miss a day, don’t sweat it but try to not miss two days in a row (as this is the trick to creating habits that stick according to James Clear).

Joining a challenge as part of a group can help you get 2024 off to a fantastic start - as well as get extra accountability!

    Meet your teacher

    Hi, I’m Hannah!

    I’ve been practising yoga for 12+ years and teaching for the last couple of years. I made the jump into teaching yoga so that I can help others discover the benefits of yoga, particularly those who might be quick to dismiss it as ‘not for them’. Many of us think yogis need to be bendy, thin or spiritual but this is simply not the case - I am none of these things! 

    I started Worker Bee Yoga in 2021 to help people with hectic lives find time to destress and build flexibility and strength.

    My goal is to guide you to unlock the benefits of yoga for yourself. To help you feel healthier and happier. Everyone’s experience of yoga is different. With patience and practice you can achieve any goal you set, and I hope to play a small part in your journey.

    FAQ

    • Yes! This program is designed to help you start practicing yoga in the morning, and hopefully it can support you to make morning yoga a habit! You will receive an email with the daily practice early (6am UK time!) but you can practice it whenever you like - I recommend finding a time that works for your schedule and sticking it in your diary. And as each practice is 10-15 mins, it should be easy to fit into your day!

      If you’re not a morning person, don’t worry you can practice the classes at any time of day (although I would recommend avoiding bedtime as they are designed to be energising rather than sleep-promoting - I have other better classes for that!)

    • The short answer is yes! The challenge is designed to be beginner friendly, and with the level of challenge increasing during the challenge. I design my classes to offer multiple levels so you can choose the one that suits you and your body, so every class should feel accessible to you.

      If you are brand new to yoga I would recommend considering joining the Worker Bee Membership as it includes a 4 part beginners course which provides a really solid foundation and will give you the confidence to attend live classes.

    • The full challenge is 21 days long and there is a 10-15 minute class suggested for each of those 21 days (if you are doing the 7 days then this is the first 7 days of this).

      The classes are designed to be short and sweet to make them easier to fit into your busy schedule. And hey, if you miss a day please don’t worry - just try to ‘get back on the horse’ the next day… that’s the trick to creating a lasting habit!

      Ultimately, you can take this program at whatever pace suits you, but a relative amount of consistency is what brings people the results they’re after!

    • The majority of classes are 10-15 mins to make them easier to fit in your schedule.

      Outside of this there are a couple of live classes that range between 30 - 60 mins.

    • For most classes (especially the first 7 days) you don’t need any equipment at all other than a yoga mat - you can even substitute an old towel for this.

      For the full challenge it would be ideal to have a yoga brick (or sturdy book) and a yoga strap (or dressing gown cord). For some of the classes it would be handy to have a chair/wall space for your practice.

      You may also like to have a cushion and blanket handy for comfort.

    • If you join the Worker Bee Membership the challenge is free and you will have access to the content for as long as you remain a member.

      If you are completing the free 7 day challenge then this will be available for you on YouTube.
