Here’s how it works…

Every day for 5 days from TODAY you’ll get an email from me with a video training. These are mini training sessions of around 10 mins so you can easily fit them into your day.

All sessions are deliberately beginner-friendly and don’t require any specific yoga equipment (although a yoga mat would be helpful but not essential), all are welcome!

There is also a LIVE FLEXIBILITY TRAINING on Saturday 22nd January at 9AM GMT. This is a hands-on yoga for flexibility training class to bring everything together so you’re ready to improve your flexibility at home.

Hey, I’m Hannah!

I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with stiff muscles. I have a genetic condition called hereditary spastic paraplegia, which causes muscle stiffness—especially in my legs. For years, I thought flexibility just wasn’t in the cards for me. But through consistent yoga practice, I discovered that change is possible.

Now, with my business Worker Bee Yoga, I teach yoga to help help others feel lighter, freer, and more confident in their bodies, no matter where they’re starting from.
